He says "I've noticed changes in Pacquiao and the timing is right". It's obvious what he was referring to. Mayweather has a well-known history of only making fights after someone has declined.

Floyd fans will say its the money while Manny fans will say its Mannys overall decline. Truth is the ladder.

I think he's saying that because that's the most logical thing to say. Actually I think that he didn't want this fight now but rather as his 50th fight. He wanted to end Pac and his own career at the same time. Oscar and Canelo threw a wrench in the works with the Cotto announcement and kind of forced him in Pac's direction early. In about the middle of May, you will start seeing some of the old Mayweather.

    This exactly!!

The time is right! both really have nobody else to fight.

when the fight didnt happen 5 years ago PPL still said Mayweather was scared of Mosley and he would never fight him. So that was a mega fight, then he still had a Cotto mega fight left. then he fought another mega fight in Canelo. time is right now. when from 50 mil to $120 mil.

Yeah like a Prime Hatton, Mosley after he destroyed Margarito which nobody was picking him to beat Margarito let alone KO. a Fresh Canelo, young talents in ortiz and Guerrero and Maidana after he beat the **** out of broner.

Totally waits till there super declined :lol::lol:

Wait, is Mayweather cherry picking Pacquiao now? I thought he was forced into making this fight? And didn't Roach say that Pacquiao would've lost to Mayweather 5 years ago and that Mayweather is a shot fighter now?

Probably has to do with money, mostly just talking out of his ass. What is still ridiculous to me is people saying he waited for Pac to lose. I mean think about it Mayweather put more effort into making the fight after Cotto/Bradley II then he did after the Marquez loss wouldn't even entertain the fight then.
