How about being 48-0 with nothing else to prove?.. Floyd deserved an easy fight, especially after beating Pacquaio who was supposedly still good enough to beat Floyd in all the haters mind's, yet got schooled!:deal

I will claim that the Berto fight was a duck of Khan. But he was 38 and it was a farewell fight, so whatever.

YDKSAB..... Literally no one gave Maidana a shot but me and a few others on a different forum then this one here. And you were not in the same boat I can almost guarantee. You sound like one of the clowns who said it was a bad matchup, and that Broner would win, yet laughed and praised like you got it right when Broner Lost!:deal

    Broner beat Paulie 7-5 BTW:hi:

    :huh

Pac landed the harder, more effective blows (had Fluid Jr. backpedaling the whole fight fighting the most cautious fight of his life).

Pac countered the !#%& out of Fluid Jr. the 2X he tried to launch an attack.

"Yes, before this fight with Timothy Bradley we were negotiating and trying to fix and get it done, this fight with Amir, but it didn't work out. There were a lot of middle men - in negotiations - a lot of representatives from him and that is the reason."

Direct quote from Pac himself, who has NEVER personally given details about negotiations. It's clear that Khan priced himself out and was able to get top dollar from Canelo (because Canelo knows it's a highlight reel KO and doesn't have the same bargaining power as Pac or Fluid). Pac blamed Khan just like he blamed Fluid for the fight not happening.

 i still remember the poll floyd made :rofl

khan is very good against boxers who dun have very good punching power and he is one of the best boxers today stealing rounds with those fast hands. floyd knows whats up if he faces khan.

    I'll go easy on you.

    1) Pacquiao, who doesn't negotiate (as you've acknowledged), said "middlemen" is "the reason". Not Khan asking for too much money, sounds more like too much run around.

    2) You drew your own conclusion when I have a direct quote from Arum, who actually does the negotiating, not Pacquiao, claiming that Khan hasn't done enough to justify him being a Pacquiao opponent on PPV.

Be a fan, but be realistic.

Can't defend the poll, it was a crock of **** and a ***** move by Floyd. While I think Maidana deserved it more, I think he should've fought Khan after instead of rematching Maidana.

I'll go even easier on you. LEARN TO READ.

I didn't say Pac doesn't negotiate, I said Pac rarely comments on negotiation details.

Khan priced himself out. It's obvious. I guarantee you the money he makes for the Canelo fight is gonna be lower than what he was asking for a Pac fight. Canelo doesn't have the bargaining power of Pac. Pure money grab for Khan, who priced himself out of a Brook fight.

Again, pure speculation. Pretend it's a fact all you want.
