According to an article over at the scene, mayweather told someone that he will announce his next fight very soon, possibly in Dubai? Sorry there are no quotes which make me find it hard to believe but thought I'd let you know.
Saying that, i did see something like this last night i cant remember where it was from but ill have a look and post a link if i can find it again. G
Theres no way he would fight in Dubai as the time difference would mean his HBO PPV numbers would be way down. Williams Martinez Berto Would be happy with those 3.
Mayweather is just toying with everybody thinking he's being a right tease. I don't care to be frank. As much as I admire his abilities he's a joke of a human being.
don't think he'd fight williams he is too big, martinez would be too risky a fight . he could fight berto and i think he'd be far too much for him
Great isn't it? Him and his classless family have been crying about Pac stealing "his" plaudits and yet his way of convincing everyone they're wrong is by not fighting Pac, saying he's not interested in boxing and "tease" people like an attention starved woman. Joke of a human being is right.
If it wasn't for Pac, Floyd would never have faced Shane Mosley. Floyd was a welterweight for years and we were just waiting and wondering. When will he fight Margarito? What about Cotto? Clottey? Mosley? This isn't how a welterweight is supposed to conduct business..... is it?. Pac was moving up and quickly dispatched DLH and Hatton and was about to show the world how a welterweight is supposed to do things. Floyd had to come back to take on Marquez-a dude who had only just moved to 135, but Floyd asked him to move to 144, and then at the last minute changed it to 147. Pac easily beats Cotto and Clottey-two fighters that Floyd never faced. He does it like it's a practice session for him. This Pinoy dude had just moved up to welterweight and was taking on and easily beating legitimate welterweights and showing Floyd up to be a cherrypicker. In his next fight he faces Margarito-yet another fighter Floyd avoided. Floyd, desperate not to let Pac steal the limelight finally took on Mosley-a guy he should've faced years ago. It's a very good performance but... Pac has made Floyd come out of retirement and has made him face Shane Mosley. Without Pac, Floyd would possibly still be retired talking about being a world champ in 5 different weight classes and being undefeated, with people lapping it up. He can't stand the credit Pac gets for doing what a welterweight is supposed to do. One fight makes sense now. Only one fight. It's simple, it really is. Just do the same thing you've done to negotiate for all your other fights, nothing more. Instead he woke up one day and decided he's going to clean up the sport of boxing. The general forum PED experts joined him in his noble mission. Floyd is a super fighter, but he's beatable and he knows it. Floyd can play games, he can make it rain, he can do all that ****, but he can't get in the ring with Pac. Floyd is a human being who has created the illusion of being a God. Look throughout history and you will see ability just as amazing as his, even more so. Pacquiao knows Floyd is human. Pacquiao has dared to take risks, he's lost, he's come back and has had such an impact that he MADE Floyd come out of retirement, he MADE him face Shane Mosley. This is Floyd, the man who isn't influenced by anyone. He does things on his terms only. Pacquiao has seen it all, he was a street urchin who's gone on to become an icon to millions. He's not fooled by the illusion. The world is waiting Floyd. Pac is not the GOAT either. In the 80's...there were guys in and around the welterweight division who were tougher, guys who had more ability than Floyd and Pac, and guys who would easily beat them both. In this era however, Pac is number one. That 0 that Floyd has is an illusion that pac sees right through. Pac has looked right into Floyd's soul and it's making Floyd uncomfortable.

Watched that fight the other day. I never realised how good Kalambay was (although McCallum was ****ed after the 8th). Perfect fight from Kalambay.
Still, Peak McCallum>>>>>Peak Mosley, let alone past prime Mosley :yep Kalambay IMO, is more impressive than Floyd. Beat better opposition, had a more varied left hand and looked as faultless as Floyd does. No doubt people will post [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhcwSsDxYIg[/ame] It happens. Nunn was a terrific fighter as well, I'd rate Kalambay Higher alltime.
