Floyd Mayweather v Tenshin Nasukawa is OFF

Yep maybe if had a look at Bas Ruten he’d realise those low kicks are brutal,don’t need to go to the head when just one kick to thigh or shins can debilitate your opponent.
Floyd not stupid,one of the greatest boxing minds of all time but he understands the difference between “Queensbury rules boxing” and mixed martial arts,Ellerbes worship of Floyd Mayweather doesn’t understand that boxing only works in a ring with a Ref against another boxer.

 

Why make an idiot out of himself though?ill bet he’s come to the conclusion that he was dealing with a shady bunch and to be fair someone did call this out the other day.

 

Was it you who mentioned this the other day,someone on here did say that it was likely that theyed pay no attention to any deals or rules and potentially knock him out regardless lol?

No one who really has grappled or competed in any form of fighting outside boxing believes Floyd had a chance unless it was rigged, he simply does not have the physical make up or mental toughness outside large padded gloves with a ref controlling the distance of separation outside a Vegas venue....

Personally would have liked to see it anyway . He probably saw this guy training and decided to say the hell with that....Ali went to visit Antonio Inoki's ( catch wrestler ) gym prior to their fight and got scared when he saw the guy could not only wrestle but he was throwing kicks ...he then changed the rules of no striking for Inoki on the feet and break ups if he grabbed the ropes and that's why that fight was a farce.


My guess is Floyd had a change of heart and reality hit him on how difficult training would actually be which is a lot of sore and muscle tissue damage , sore ligaments with people twisting you and kicking you all over preparing for MMA fights.

Rizin are owned by the former promoters of Pride FC. They were notorious for making rules and stipulations up backstage before fighters fought and paying everyone in cash. They would also not be too concerned about anyone on steroids and as such Floyd probably was brought out under the pretence it would be an exhibition and once he was there or the day of the fight they would have changed it to include kicks made floyd look weak by having their guy smash him and their guy is now a superstar in Asia. The reason Floyd likely waited until he was back in the US also is because Pride/Rizin were known to be back by Yakuza

When I first looked at the picture I thought Mayweather was standing with Okada doing some cross promotion thing for New Japan wrestling.

 

Not hating but if it were kickboxing rules, that kid might beat Mayweather. It's not just the kicks, it's the fact that merely being able to throw kicks could allow a less skilled boxer to land punches on a more skilled boxer. Feints, etc. Cain Velazques wasn't considered a better boxer than JDS, yet he beat the crap out of him with punches because in MMA you fear other things you have to defend against and that allows people to set up punches with kick feints, pushes against the cage, takedown attempts, etc.

I’m a lifelong Floyd fan and I don’t see how you can excuse this lol. I don’t care that he backed out, but he’s lying out his ass and it could be easily proven by breaking down what he said at the press conference vs. what he wrote in his statement lol. It’s pathetic to see what’s become of him

 

The real question in all of this is just how many of these highly paid, underground fights are going on? I thought that was just 80's movie plots, but here's Floyd low-key advertising himself for them saying he's available lol
