If it includes kicks and knees, I see serious issues for Floyd even with a small guy like Nasukawa who is fast as fck

This sounds too sketchy for me. New Year's Eve is right around the corner. Not enough time to promote. Nobody knows who this guy is so nobody is going to pay for it. I think Floyd is just setting up some kind of scam. I wish Floyd would just crawl back under his rock and go away

I remember when Mercer fought Sylvia in a an MMA match that had altered rules. And when Filipovic fought Silva in an MMA match with altered rules. Dickson Gracie did the same against a wrestler. There was once a tournament format called Rings that didn't allow any ground and pound. There was a whole organisation where you couldn't form a fist.

This won't be the first fight of its type and probably not the last. Either war if kicking is involved I don't favour Floyd to win.

Dude's definitely got financial troubles. This is a guy that does NOT like fighting. Before the McGregor fight was even in talks, he said that he'd come back if he needed the money. Then the IRS came calling and the McGregor fight was made.

 

I can't see how he could possibly be broke already, but you never know stranger things have happened. Let's face it, the guy is not a rocket scientist. He is not going to fight anybody relevant, he is just going to keep trying to make these freak shows and why not? If he can make 100 Million for fighting a nobody like this more power to him. But this one seems a bit much. Nobody has even heard of this guy so I'm not sure how he is going to sell it. I think this is just a set up for a bigger con down the road. When it comes down to it, I can't see him putting his "0" on the line anywhere but Las Vegas
