    I like Khan
I think Khan's style troubles lots a boxers

But Mayweather is an ATG elite fighter. Khan will never be near Mayweathers level... Might give a couple interesting flurry rounds... but thats it.

One thing people need to remember most of all - Khan's speed and stamina is already going... 26 yrs old. Age wreaks havoc on his style...Will be retiring in 2-3 years LOL.

Mayweather is 36 and his speed and stamina don't seem to be going anywhere

Khan cannot compete at the top level. Tim Bradley, Pacquiao, Mayweather, Garcia, Marquez and probably Alexander too, would all beat him easily because he does not have any ring IQ. Khan belongs in the level below that where there are fighters who don't know how to deal with someone with fast hands who will run the whole night

The only decent win Khan has had is Mallinaggi, he outboxed him. Sad fact is though if Mallignaggi could punch Khan would of been out of there

You give him too much credit, he doesn't even have the ring IQ to run all night.

pretty sure floyd would win but I think the OP makes some good points. Mayweather doesn't fight a lot of volume punches or pressure fighters. Khan has blazing handspeed that could give floyd problems. Khans biggest weakness by far is his chin, but as mentioned earlier, Floyd doesnt have that one punch KO power. It would be an interesting fight. I never bet against Floyd however.

He has more than enough power to KO Khan. It would be a one sided beating.

Khan does have a style that is very wrong for Mayweather. He has lightning hands and feet and will jump in from a distance and jump out. The way to beat Khan is to KO him in an exchange and Floyd usually doesn't do that.

BUT, Khan's problem is that he has VERY POOR RING IQ. He leaves himself open too much, gets into wars for no reason, and has no idea what to do when he's hurt. This makes me believe that a mastermind like Floyd would exploit this and crack Khan's chin with a big potshot.

Khan does have the ability to win some rounds from Floyd though, but I just don't see him lasting 12 rounds without getting timed with a big shot from Floyd. I see Floyd stopping him mid-late. Better fight than people think though. :bbb

Ok I'll humour you with a reply. Khan had you all fooled for a while with this "speed kills" bull**** but the truth is his main attribute, speed, is one of his biggest weaknesses. He can throw blistering combos but he is too frenetic and jerky, his feet are fast but his footwork is atrocious. All this speed serves to do is to make him clumsy and jerky and so easy to time it's ridiculous. Add to this his lack of chin, power and ring IQ and you've got one of the most overrated fighters in terms of skill and talent that I've ever come across. The fact he ever won a world title is astonishing really when you think about it but I guess a world class trainer, very careful matchmaking, and refs who give you every possible advantage can get you very far in boxing.

Mayweather would straight up clown this ****er, absolutely no question about it.
