Would scunthorpe beat real madrid at the bernabeu?

Or would luton town go to the neu camp, and beat barcelona?

    Levels.

Who cares if he's better than Rios?

Pacquiao-Rios was a one-sided mismatch and so will Mayweather-Khan be if they fight.

Floyd and Manny (and others involved) already screwed the fans by not giving us that fight in 2010, or even 2011 or 2012.....People are STILL trying to compare the 2 by going "Floyd/Manny fought a less crappy opponent than Floyd/Manny".

    So what?

By May 2014, Floyd will be out the ring for 8 months. He's due a tuneup.

Hate to bring this all up again but...if you think it about it Khan is as close to the perfect test fight for Pac while still fighting an opponent that will sell. They both throw in high volume with great hand speed with respectable to very respectable power. Both lack footwork, both highly believe there athleticism will win the day. Only differences I see is Khan's chin, and Pac's output greatly drops when being boxed. If Floyd dominates Khan with few problems, I expect him to fight Pac next.

At this point there really is no one out there for Floyd at 154 or bellow that I want to see him fight except for two guys: Pacquiao and Lara. I would pay for those fights but that's it. Oh what the hell, I might pay to see Mayweather fight Usman Uzzy just for the fun of it, but I swear, that's it. If Mayweather doesn't fight Pacquiao, Lara, or Uzzy I'm not buying.

Does ANYONE really rate Khan as a good opponent for Floyd? His speed will make for a COUPLE of interesting rounds then Floyd will get his timing and potshot him comfortably. The only question is will Khan keep pushing and go out on his shield like Hatton or slow down and looked puzzled til the final bell. Actually maybe there's a third option, Khan's chin is so terrible that even after he slows down Floyd STILL stops him. That's it...
At this point I think it's reasonable for the fans to push for a Sergio (or other MW Titlist) match. On fight night what's the difference between Sergio and Canelo, I can't imagine it's more than 5 pounds. If SRL went up to LHW then I think Floyd could have a MW match, after all who has hurt him at 154?

If this was the Khan from 2011, I'd be looking forward to this. He is one of the few fighters who perhaps exceed Mayweather in key aspects of physical talent - but he does not seem to be the same since he was knocked out and Virgil Hill got hold of him. Still think it could be a better fight than most people believe.

Pacquiao is levels better than Khan. They're not that similar, those similarities are just on the surface.

Khan is an orthodox fighter with a good jab, who throws sloppy combos without much thought. Pacquiao may not be a Marquez when it comes to delibrately places his shots in flurries and combo, but they are more accurate and well placed than Khan's.

Pac is a lefty and a smaller target. He doesn't jab to often, but he finds awkward angles to catch his opponents at. He can have some problems with footwork (mainly cutting off the ring), but he moves with much more purpose than Khan.
