Everyone must have forgotten about Khan's last few fights.

No, Khan is quick but it's telegraphed speed he would be hitting air all night and getting punished.

Most people dont realise khan lacks a lot of basic boxing skills and wit to outdo mayweather. Its just because his chin immedistely sticks out as very poor that people dont focus on his other weaknesses. We saw him lose a 12 rd decision to Peterson where he wasnt visibly hurt. If an average fighter like Peterson can cut it close with Khan, what will floyd do?

He barely beat Diaz too, in fact there is a case to be made for him losing the Diaz fight, I cannot believe there are people that think he has even a tiny chance against Floyd. Khan brings nothing to the table, his so called speed doesn't even bother bums or washed up guys, yet somehow Floyd will find it perplexing??

Khan's chin is a problem, but people go overboard, it's the decision he makes when he gets clipped/hurt. The guy for some reason wants to brawl it out instead of losing the round and gathering his senses together again. He also needs to understand that being ultra-defensive isn't a bad thing for someone with poor punch resistance. The guy stays in the pocket for too long, doesn't sit on his punches and throws way more punches than is needed, and when he does throw those punches there's no thought into what he's doing and 8/10 those punches are ineffective. This makes him vulnerable and enables counter punchers with pop like Garcia to counter him and time him.

If khan does get the shot he'll put up a good fight against May, however, he won't win. Whatever happens, I just hope he's back with Virgil soon and improving, 147lb division is stacked.

His chin will most likely hold up, but Mayweather will be scoring along the way. He will be timed and countered to a 12 round predictable, mundane, ordinary, expected, uneventful, UD.

Unless Floyd's speed or reflexes go overnight I don't think Khan has much of a chance. Khan can make it competitive and lose 9 of 12 rounds. I don't think Floyd can KO khan, even with his suspect punch resistance. Last time money legit knocked some1 out was back with Hatton. It took him 2 sucker punches to knock down Ortiz, who probably could have gotten back up.

I have a feeling Floyd is not going to fight Khan. He will take the easier option of Maidana.

Sad but true. I think the Canelo fight was the last we'll see of either the dangerously incompetent or dangerously corrupt Ms. Ross at the top tier of boxing judging if at all.

khan has handspeed but without power for example pacquaio has as much speed as khan maybe alittle less but he has power to thats why it makes the differnce if khan had the power to then it would be intresting
