Stephen Espinoza basically admitting Khan in some legal trouble and saying the situation is up in the air. Im thinking he really wants the Khan fight instead because itll still get more buys

I think Khan gets more PPV buys and overall revenue but Maidana is the much better fight.

Promoters or networks only care about the dollar with the rare exception being to gamble on going out and "earning" the respect/fanbase if a fighter doesn't already have one.

I think with the whole Amir Khan thing, this may just be to hype the fight so that way more people will know Khan.
