Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

Yeah, i kind of agree with the OP.
Floyd is prone to a fast straight shot, and
that IMO is really all Khan's got but all he
may need.

 

Robert would beat the **** out of Khan...if the Prescott and Diaz's of the world can, I assure you Robert can.

 

floyd would force him to fight is fight and walk him down...kahn cant fight going backwards and his footwork is horrible

 

Floyd will walk him down as he did against Judah after the 4th round, except Khan won't be able to take the punches and will be knocked out within 5 rounds

 

I bought this fight cuz I liked Guerrero (even if he was overmatched) and felt like this card gave me my $ worth. I am a big fan of boxing, but would NOT buy Khan/ Mayweather. Diaz almost just beat Khan! Khan has not improved by any means what so ever and cannot take a punch. He gets knocked out in 5.

 

I agree and think Khan does better than most are expecting. But wouldn't agree he has a chance. He will lose by around the same distance Cotto did.

 

With that defense of his. Those right hands are gonna send him a nice retirement cash out.

 

I pretty much agree that, outside of the guys with one-punch KO power, Khan is the only guy out there that could give Floyd serious trouble...

And it WILL be exciting, even if Floyd is dominating... Khan doesn't know how not to be

 

Khan would have been dropped with one of the straight right hand that almost had Guerrero fall on his back.

 

Except one thing .. Robert would beat the devil out of Kahn using the Bible. Then beat his ass for 12 rounds if Kahn manages to last that long.

 

In theory May would fight Khan, heavily damaged, shot of confidence, big name huge payday, but the fact he is so fast probably makes him think twice. Since Judah gave him hell he has never faced anyone with any handspeed at all. Khan doesn't have the power to trouble him, and would probably be intimidated but it would be a hell of a lot better than this trash we witnessed.

 

Kahn is a fabulous athlete...u have to walk thru fire to get to him....he certainly would hit Mayweather...i give Kahn a shot...he will come at Floyd with speed and power...remember styles make fights...and the guys that stopped Kahn all hit harder than Pretty Boy...

Yes and NO. Personally I think this fight should have happened and would have happened had Peterson been cleared without all the bullshitt. Khan would have had two title belts and wracked up Peterson with all the named he already had
