He just came off a draw with Porter who has just beaten Devon Alexander!

 

I don't know, man. Khan hasn't looked himself after the Garcia fight. 'Experts' were sure Lacy would spark Calzaghe as well.. And Maidana and Malignaggi would be easy work for Broner. Wouldn't read too much into it.

 

Khan has much lower ring IQ than Maidana. He is so dumb, both in and out of the ring, it's unbelievable.

Roach drilled certain moves and reactions into him which is why he looked impressive for a while. But he is incapable of adapting or figuring an opponent out.

I don't know why anyone thinks he will cause more problems for Mayweather than Maidana. At least Maidana is capable of making it a rough fight.

 

Maidana is a smart fighter. Knows how to pick his spots and compensate for his lacking mobility. Khan is close to the opposite.

 

This is true. But most experts are still picking mayweather hehe

 

No way does Khan have lower ring IQ that Maidana. Otherwise Khan wouldnt have dropped him in the first and outpointed him like he did. Maidana is a solid come forward fighter with a great chin. He has little IQ because he dosent need it he uses his power. If he didnt have great power he would have a losing record.

 

C'mon it's not that bad. Yes, Maidana had better performances recently but stylewise he stands no chance whatsoever and Floyd has toyed with boxers his style over and over throughout his career. Alvarez is bigger, better and harder hitting than Maidana and wasn't even remotely competitive.

Khan's style makes for way more of an interesting match up. I'm not saying he stands a chance but EVERYBODY on here knows what Maidana vs. Mayweather would look like.

 

Well, Khan beat him. Khan's ring IQ is so so, but his talent is better. I mean, Pacquiao's ring IQ is pretty average as well and he's getting by on athleticism only so it's not exactly outrageous to be a successful dumb boxer.

Khan is a much better ATHLETE than Maidana, but Maidana is way smarter and tougher. It's quite obvious if you watch their fights.

Yeah very true, Maidana knows what he is, khan half the time thinks he's maidana, you won't see maidana trying to outslick guys.

But Khan causes more problems to floyd than Maidana, Mayweather does well against flat footed guys like Maidana, If floyd fights MM he is going to run and clinch when in close it will be a boring fight, against Khan, they will be more trading aswell as Floyd trying to KO khan, so we will see a more aggressive Floyd
