Amir Khan has the right ingredients but those ingredients dont come together and are in a cracked fragile bowl

khan still brings a lot of money to the table, will probably be retired within 2 years when he gets ktfo again by a randomer and there isn't a lot of people for mayweather to fight. Which means they'll make this fight and somehow try to sell it.

Khan is in a bit of a transition with Hunter and his last performance was not the best, but I do feel Khan moving to 147 will be the right move in term of him making weight better because at 140 he seems drained as his last fight showed his chin seems weaker and lacking power too, remember this the same guy who has only been KO in 1 of his 10 at 140, which included the like of Maidana, Zab, PEDerson(155lbs on fight night) failing to floor him.

I feel if Khan feels better at 147 style wise he has the best chance out of the rest of the fighters at 147 bar maybe Manny but that fight will not happen.

Fighters like Garcia have power and maybe a better chin but will have the same outcome as Ghost last night vs Floyd due to their lack of handspeed and being flat footed, Khan is the only fighter with greater handspeed nearly same reach and a straight punching style which would give Floyd different problems than any other fighter.

I want Khan to move up in weight and fight Alexander for his IBF title in Dec and if Khan looks better at this weight and becomes a Champion at 147 then why not, Floyd got 5 more fights with this deal, like it or not if Khan wins in Dec for a title then next year this fight will get made.

Lol no. Khan is very easy to time. Wtf do u think floyd is gong to do to him? Khan gets timed by b level fighters. Floyd would have a field day with him. Pac is still the man to beat floyd

    This is absolutely insane.

Khan has been an ambush fighter until switching trainers, now his workrate has slowed dramatically and has adopted the slow methodical approach of a thinking fighter. As a result of this switch Khan is more vulnerable than he ever has been.

Khan couldn't handle the shots that Guerrero and Mosley soaked.

Are you forgetting that for the most part, the power he had at 135 has basically deserted him?
Most of us thought Khan would end up at 154.Now it looks like the only chance he has to do anything is to pick opponents carefully and have a bit of luck at 140.Unless he somehow gets a rematch with Paulie he will toil at 147.

The only thing Khan has a chance of prevailing at here is to be Floyd's most emphatic victory for years.

i'v got a better question would khan last the distance against floyds last 10 opponents i'd pick the 2005 version of shamba mitchell to stop khan at 140.

  14. Khan has no chance at beating Floyd.

These two seem to be in the running, thing is khan cant fight till december, cuz if ramadan, and eblven then he says he wants to fight one if the champs first, this leaves canelo, thing is mayweather keeps a avoiding his name. All this combined with mayweathers september date, who nexx???

    Vote and discuss.
