Whoever he fights is a quality opponent. Maidana is the hot fighter but Khan is the better known fighter who has defeated Maidana.

Floyd is too good for his own good. Khan or Maidana would be perfectly acceptable opponents for pretty much anybody else at WW.

If the fight turns out to be a good fight, Floyd will be let off the hook. There's a chance Khan/Floyd could be a good fight to watch. Maidana less chance of being a good fight but still a small possibility.

No ****ing way Khan would be acceptable for the top p4p fighter in the sport as a guy who lost 2 of his last 4, barely beat two journeymen and has never fought at the full welterweight limit.

    But still...

If Pacquiao or Bradley (both highly ranked p4p) were fighting either of these two guys I doubt many people would be complaining (only the typical haters who ***** about everything Pac or Floyd does). Floyd get's more criticism because he's just so damn good.

Do you realise that kahns best PPV over here is something like 30k? And as For Floyd being in a no win situation. That's his own fault for picking two easy opponents when there's others out there more credible.

The Maidana fight while still being easy is at this current time a credible fight but the Khan fight isn't at all because of current form and no wins at 147.

This, in no way is the current version of Khan an acceptable fight. maidana while still not being a great fight is at least credible at this time

Maidana destroys both Alexander and Khan in rematches. Maidana is at his best he's a complete fighter now and still packs a wallop at 147. Why kill the momentum Maidana received and put a guy like Alexander in there just cuz he beat Maidana when it didn't matter? Khan has his following, but I'm guessing is gonna cash out before he loses to an unknown and ruins his chances in the Mayweather sweepstakes. Maidana has looked more impressive vs better opponents than Khan or Alexander have. Khan-Mayweather not looking forward at all. Better have a helluva undercard to get this one.

No, he wouldn't. Alexander would beat Maidana in a rematch by the same margin. However, I do believe Maidana would beat Khan in a rematch because Khan has suffered a confidence loss and is no longer with Roach.

I do agree that Mayweather-Khan is not interesting at all. Maidana is a better match up, not to mention a lot more exciting.

Maidana has improved a lot, his jab is really good, has power, Maidana is quicker, better defense, stamina, etc.............

Floyd...is a WW fighter ....so these two Khan and Maidana are the best fight available. We all know top rank fighters are out the question. Eventhough...I believe Bradley would be a good negotation fight if he beats pacman again.
