Pretty much. Which is why I expect Khan to take on a tune-up caliber opponent. Don't be surprised if he asks the tune-up to move down to 142. Any half risky fight at this stage of Khan's career could end in a brutal KO and Khan's team know this, which is why they stayed inactive(he fought and avenged all his losses on twitter though) for one year in hopes of getting a free payday against Mayweather in return.

Why are u posting a vid of Mayweather throwing a hook against an oblivious Ortiz who was trying to give him a hug? Not exactly a shining example of Mayweather being effective with a hook. In any case Mayweather throws a gd counter hook so long as his opponent is lunging in open. Using it to attack, he doesn't look particularly comfortable. That lunging hook he does every so often is screaming for a counter.
His mid to long range right hand and counter right uppercut in close quarters are his best punches

 

Maidana deserves it more than Khan, but many fighters deserve it more than Maidana. Maidana has a hot name because he just won a big profile fight against Broner, but you can argue that there are people who deserve a shot at Mayweather more than both Khan and Maidana. It's just that Maidana's brand name is "hot" and hotness of persona means PPV buys. But there are guys that deserve it more than both.

Yes.Has Khan actually given up on Floyd.When has he said he is fighting in May?If so,it will be a tune up as he has been out for a long time.If he doesn't get Floyd,this will be his tune up,easy fight before his leaving party.If Brook doesn't get a date for a title fight before the Winter,this would be the next best thing for hearn.He has been after this for a long time.Around October/November Id say.Hes gone backwards,but its still Amir Khan.

Dont profess to know all the ins and outs,but I believe they said so.But I don't know what to think after all the talk.Theyve certainly not made a Porter fight,would he be allowed a mandatory?Maybe an ideal scenario would be Kell world champ in June/July and mandatory vs Khan late in the year.Guess that would tie in.What do you think??

 

Sounds good, khan will only fight brook if he brings a title to the table or if khan is coming off a loss fighting for his career. Can't see khan taking the fight just because it's decent money.
