It's nobody who decides if some guy deserves to fight Floyd besides himself/his team. The number one reason why floyd will fight Khan is because of Khans huge fan base which will make floyd a lot of money. When khan was coming off wins againist diaz and molina, he didn't really look the best. but, now and a lot of people (including myself) believed he didn't deserve to fight floyd, but floyd was going to fight him anyways. Now since khan has beaten luis collazo that somewhat earns him a crack at mayweather. (Agreed by richard schaefer)

But if khan fights Manny Pacquio/Devon Alexander/Robert Guerrero next and beats one of them then he most definitely deserves a shot at Floyd mayweather.

Khan might have beat Provodnikov similar to how he beat Maidana.

Could see him getting stopped but wouldn't rule out a win for Khan.

Im speaking H2H, i feel Guerrero is better than Khan and would beat him.

 

The reason he doesn't deserve a shot is because he has only fought once at 147lb. If he beats a top 10 welterweight then he deserves a shot as much as the next guy.

 

Honestly the only on the your list that was legit was Maidana because he was the WBA champion. But Khan cant live off his resume forever, since getting iced by Garcia he beat Carlos Molina, barely beat Julio Diaz, and old Collazo

 

I'm not a Khan fan I don't dislike him either, but his resume is the only thing you can go off. Resumes do not take into account the manor of the victory just the fact that it was a victory.

All the potential Mayweather opponents have loses and have been KO'd so not sure who he is supposed to fight that won't have some people criticising.

 

Khan is blatantly bieng ducked anyone thinking otherwise is blind he has publicly been calling out Floyd and PAC and is a bigger draw than their opponents so it's obvious
