But the reverse could also happen, Khan gets 'robbed' by an American fighter?

I just need to jump in quickly and also point out the fact that Maidana was also very sick the night he fought Devon:barf

Now I am not picking sides but that is an almost forgotten foot note along with pre Garcia for Maidana:twisted:

I don't know who would win this fight, Mayweather has clearly deteriorated considering the hard work he made out of a B/C level boxer (Maidana) with every condition in his favour. Plus Khan looks like he has improved defensively so it wouldn't shock me if he ran him close. It's all academic though because the only fight that anyone is interested in is Pacquiao.

But Maidana posed a totally different kind fo challenge than Khan would.

Take away Khans fast hands (which normally wane down by round 3-4) and hes nothing special.

Maidana bought size and power and unpredictable awkward punches. He also did his homework on every one of Mayweathers moves.

Most importantly, Maidana bought power and none stop pressure.

It was the right tactic on trying to beat a 38 year old fighter whose legs are slowly going.

Khan fights nothing like that, Khan is much more predicatble in both his style and selection of punches.

Floyd would have an easier time with Khan, than he did with Maidana

Even a clearly past it Mayweather would spark Khan and make him look like a complete joke. Khan brings absolutely nothing but speed. Once he gets tired you can see him literally lost and throwing basic predictable punches all the way. Khan and his fans are still celebrating his newly adopted ability to hold on when tired or hurt, that **** isn't beating not even a shot to nothingness Mayweather.

Khans 1-2, 1-2 shoe shine combinations are so easy to time.

Danny Garcia timed him, a guy Khan was faster than....but FLoyd who's probably just as fast as Khan, cant time him?

Bearing in mind, Floyd has the best timing in boxing?

    Khantards :patsch

This is going to be one of those fights were people wrongly picked against a fighter, just because he looked 'bad' in his last fight.

Maidana displayed more boxing IQ vs Mayweather than Khan did against Collazo.

I could see Khan being ahead after 4 rounds, but Floyd would adapt and win by UD.

Floyd is a master at adapting. He adapted in the Castillo rematch, the first time against Maidana, against Hatton, against Judah, and against Mosley.

Khans Army would then create some sort of moral victory by saying

'Mayweather only won because Khan slowed down'

'Mayweather is ducking fighters who can keep up the pace for 12 rounds'

Khantards would ignore the fact that Floyd is one of the best ever at adapting mid-fight.

They already have ignored the fact.

Ask a Khan fan to name three things Khan can beat Mayweather in, outside of speed and see your response.

Floyd has more than enough power to stop or drop Khan.

Khan will do what he normally does, look amazing for the first 2-3 rounds. Once that power and speed drop down. Mayweather slowly takes him apart.

And then Khan fans will leave boxing in droves.

Other than speed, Khan has nothing. And speed can be negated with timing. If Danny Garcia could time Khan, then surely Floyd can.

It's a joke that people think speed alone is enough to beat the #1 P4P fighter in the world, who is #1 P4P for a reason.

It's not just a title. It means you're the best and most skilled fighter in the world.

Ive been saying this for ages.

Khan is really delusional, as are most of his fans.

Its all good talking about your speed, but once he gets in that ring and realises what hes up against, then hell see.

This is a guy, who was throwing a lead uppercut, from the outside was a power punch in Prescott, with a huge reach advantage.

This is a guy, who could not see that Garcia threw around 15 left hooks in the first round and that Garcia was trying to time him.

This is a guy who time and time again, drops his hands after he punches.

THE most basic error in boxing.

But somehow overnight, Khans boxing IQ is going to just increase to the point where he is going to beat a master like Mayweather :patsch

This is a term which has been used for many decades by all sorts of knowledgable boxing people.

But you think its a joke?

Its there for a reason and Floyd is number one for a reason.

He hasnt beat the number 1 or number 2 guys, but have they beat Floyd?

Exactly they haven't even fought the best and yet there all pound for pound fighters it's a grand thing as a bit of fun but it shouldn't be like a big deal anymore at Least first beat your rivals in your own weight for **** sake before being told your the best in all the weights
