Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

Again, thats not a fight breakdown. I want an actual ****ysis of how this fight plays out

 

I doubt very few people genuinely think Khan is a cert it beat Floyd at all - but he does pose an interesting challenge due to the speed of his combos... There's no denying that.

The boxing public deserve a fight between Pacman and FMJ first - and a fight with Khan is a strong second.

 

Where you get that "We" garbage from? Speak for yourself.

 

So your saying Maidana today is a worst fighter than Maidana mod. 2010?? And that Khan who beat a couple of C level fighters and got KOd by Garcia is much better fighter now than back then :good:good ok...I see now...atschatsch

 

Just stfu already, you pick and choose whatever standard fits your bias at the time. There's no winning with you. If he fights Pac you'll just say he's ducking Khan. If he fought Khan instead of Maidana you'd say he's ducking Pac. We got you all figured out.

 

Of course Maidana loses to Alexander by a clinic yet he was still able to get a crack at Floyd so why can't Khan now after two back to back solid wins ?

i have time and time again called for the coward to fight pac i dont even care about khan

 

Yes he does. He had to dominate Alexander to earn it...and hasn't he done that? His last 2 wins are domination over former champions. Both were 10 WW. But people want up-coming mayweather oppoents to go through hardcore adversity stream rolling through undefeated fighters.

 

Trouble yeah, but nothing he can't handle. He beats Pac with the right hand left hook and he beats Khan with that same leaping left he beat Corales with.

 

What has changed ? Is he still a plodder that swings wildly

honestly what changes have you seen from him ? Beating an over hyped bum in Broner doesn't make him brand new now !

Yeah that's how normal people think.. Maybe Floyd at almost 40 will be troubled by speed now.. That's not what I'm seeing on this forum though.. "Floyd went go anywhere near Khan" and "Floyd will duck Khan" is saying Khan will beat Floyd not just trouble him.. The title of this thread is saying that Floyd won't fight Khan because he will lose...

 

Khan isn't going to be running onto counters like Floyds usual come forward cherries. He'll use the jab to force Floyd to come after him, circling the ring using lateral movement to keep his range and beat him all night on the outside. His workrate will just be too much for Floyd

 

Why was the khan being qualified thread moved here?
this thread & being qualified for floyd fight are two different things.
