Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

I'm as outraged about this fight as I was when I found out Mayweather was definitely fighting Paul Spadafora or as I was when "the little guy" Floyd was referring to was obviously shot Morales.

 

Several people on here have started threads saying Khan is:


"Mayweather's biggest threat"

or

"Khan's speed will trouble Mayweather"

funny thing is, everyone was disgustd with the guerrero fight when the idea 1st came up.

Floyd/showtime and Ring Magazine managed to change everyone's mind.

 

i used to think the khan under roach had a great chance. Especially watching how easy he beat Zab Judah.

But under virgil hunter i think khan looks very poor.

But if this takes place in the UK, then i will forgive floyd for this and happily book tickets!!!

You're probably still waiting on Floyd to take on Matthew Hatton too.

They were disgusted with it then Alexander's name came up as a possible opponent and everyone (haters and trolls) said that Floyd was ducking Guerrero. The fight was then finalized with Robert and everyone (haters and trolls) went back to saying Floyd was cherrypicking.

 

Thinking about it, I really want to see khan-berto.

 

It'd be worse. At least with Mitchell it was his first fight at 147 so they were testing the waters to see how he handled the extra weight. I don't believe he will fight Khan though. People throw out all kinds of random names when Mayweather is negotiating a fight, and they end up being bogus most of the time.

Remember when he was going to fight Mathew Hatton according to some? Exactly....

 

Guess I'm the only one here thinking that Khan does better than Guerrero then.

 

I think people fail to understand that Khan must beat Alexander FIRST.... he's not going to fight Mayweather next.... they can only make it if he beats Alexander

 

The only people who would buy into this fight are the ******ed Aqueer Con fans and the *****s who believedaddy Floyd can do no wrong. This would be the biggest joke of a fight ever.

 

I've lost all respect for Floyd if this happens. I will never root for him again.

 

How on earth could this fight be made and then justified? WBC dropped Khan from their ranking recently. Not gonna happen.

 

This is true. Some people seem to think Khan is next for Mayweather. It's not just about whether he beats ALexander either, he also needs to beat the winner of Peterson/Matthysse Vs. Garcia.
