Should fight Garcia/Peterson-Matthysse winner next, and prove his worth.

Only thing is, he and his trainer knows glass will shatter and the Floyd Mayweather fight will be longer away than it ever was :rofl

 

Khan is coming off an impressive win! Khan was dominating amateurs when Floyd was dominating at 21. Khan is ranked #2 WW by the WBC and Floyd has to defend his belt. Khan is threat, I'm nervous of this fight.

 

Stamina exposes your flaws as you get sloppier when tired. I'd be interested to see how May 'adjusted' for Kahn's style. He's nothing like the style that is "Kahn Kryptonite" ™. A tough mother effer that will be in your face. Kahn's speed/movement would make sharpshooting a little tougher.

 

Didnt Mayweather say that he wont fight Pacquiao because Pacquiao has Bradley and Marquez problems then dosent Khan have Prescott,Peterson and Garcia problems.

So people want Floyd to fight Canelo, but want Canelo to fulfill his mandatory against Lara.

TBH, I rather Canelo just fight Lara in September but that won't happen in September, because Lara-Angulo is in June, they'll have only 3 months to rest, train, and promote.

 

Mayweather is smart...

Spends first 6 rounds toying around making Khan look like he is indeed an okay opponent who is 'troubling' mayweather with his speed

Then throws a sweet counter for the KO later on...

 

Khan has the style to beat Mayweather, he doesn't have the ability.

 

guerrero was the worse of the 2. being a top welterweight after "2 fights" means **** apparently

 

so you can watch cotto lose 3 fights in a row? maybe a good fight youre right. but it hurts whats left of the integrity of boxing if there is any left of giving a guy a title shot after back to back losses . shots at the title are supposed to be earned to a degree. but its obviously a thing of the past

 

Mayweather won't be fighting Khan this year. Canelo vs. Cotto is pretty much a done deal if the Mayweather fight doesn't happen.

 

Timing >>>> Speed. This is how Mayweather wins, combined with footwork. Khan's movement is wreckless (although I have always liked his lateral movement and work behind the jab). He makes too many mistakes to even trouble Mayweather aside from a round or two, so I too would be interest to see how long he lasts.

Floyd vs Guerrero was a very legitimate fight. Khan on the other hand would be an absolute disgrace.
