I would say if you look at Mr. Mayweathers resume and analyze why he choose those fights you can draw a parallel and end up with two likely choices. - Berto or Bradley only at 147. Least dangerous with least chance of a ko of Floyd. Remember it is no less than an 80% chance Floyd will have to go the distance to win a decision. It has to be one of those two because he must find the least dangerous boxer who is young and has major credibility to stop the critics from knocking him about fighting guys over 35. Also if he really is going to fight Manny in 2011 they would make sense for a tune up bought. of course he will never fight Manny and if he does it will be with a ridiculous request to make Manny do something he has never done before as a handicap like fight at 159lbs.

I'm not saying the claim is outrageous, but is there just a source? Or is this just speculative? Does absolutely no good then. I mean, who knows if Floyd is going to fight this year anyway.

It is my instinct. Having Don King if that does happen will also give Floyd more confidence because people say Don King knows how to take care of judges that are good for his fighters. Of course that is only speculation and Don King seems to be a stand up guy. So a guy addicted to having a zero on his record that can't knock out most fighters would bypass cleaning up the sport to sign with Don King to keep that 0 in tact. He paid 600k for an extra cushion over JMM to protect the 0.

People forget its a business and more to Mayweather than to anyone. He forgot that you can't treat your customers like **** and expect them to keep buying from you. He better come up with something special or stay in reitrement.

I get the impression he doesn't want belts because he doesn't want to defend them. You know have to fight guys not of his choosing.

Ask the boxing authorities around the globe that have Manny as #1 P4P and the guys that gave him fighter of the decade. They can give you a much better answer. Defending Manny is easy his body of works speaks volumes.
Ripping apart the layers of hype HBO and the media put on top of Floyd will take work.

this guy is obsessed with floyd...this is not healthy...yet people still try to debate...this guys' agenda is obvious, he just is upset because floyd is a great fighter...anybody who honestly thinks that cintron could ko floyd, the same cintron who has not beaten one worthy opponent in his career sans angulo, is not thinking rationally and purely out of hatred.
