    To your credit, the fantasy matchups you've put forth, including this one, bring back the older boxers under a favourable light (winner or loser), contrary to Amsterdam's.

    Won't go back to the reasons why I believe the whole past vs. present approach lacks foresight but kudos to you if your intentions are not to hype the past over the present and, most importantly, not to ridicule boxers.

    Amsterdam, on the other hand... :(

    Carmen Basilio was one tough customer, and showed that he was more than just a brawler.

    I think he wins by the same approach as ricky hatton took, only he eats all of PBF's punches and when he gets him on the ropes he chops him down and lands high percentage accurate punches.
