This is only part of the equation. At a certain point, the weight divide becomes so great that even the greatest talent and skill level won't suffice.

Let me ask you this. At what point does PBF start losing to C level fighters? If not 168lbs, is it 175lbs, heavyweight? I mean it starts getting ridiculous.

I think you guys need to temper your expectations a little bit.

Sadly, PBF UD. Pre-Calzaghe Lacy might have had a shot...

    I see your point.

But i still maintain that PBF at 154 and Lacy at 168 equals a win for PBF. Maybe other SMWs destroy PBF but i don't think Lacy does. Too slow for PBF.

If you look at boxing history, you will see names like Fitszimmons & Armstrong. Both guys defied your theory. I am 100% sure that had Armstrong faced ATG's on the level of himself, he would have lost going up that much weight, however he was simply a class above.

To answer your question, probably 175lb. Also comes down to the style of the fighter. A tall long reach 168lb fighter would give Floyd alot more trouble than a plodding walk the ring blind Jeff Lacy.

I watched the Baldomir fight. He didn't land squat. It was a mismatch. And i thought Baldomir had a shot at roughing the smaller PBF around. Didn't happen. Why? Because he couldn't even come close to landing anything.

It doesnt take that much pressure to break someones nose. if you boxed you would know that getting hit in the eyes and nose despite your size advantage is not a nice feeling and enough to discourage you from simply "walking though" punches.

I'll tell what you is nice. A good quality blueberry muffin, heated in the microwave for like a minute or so with a nice bit of cream on top. Lovely.

People who refer to Mayweather as a fraud are even dumber though. I can understand a sensible argument for him having hand picked his fights a little but to refer to him as a fraud is ridiculous. I would love to know what thought process, if any, lead you to the conclusion that Floyd is a fraud. Who is not a fraud in your eyes?

PBF obviously can't hurt Lacy or back him up. But that won't be his plan. He will simply try to outbox him and stay off the ropes. Hit and not be hit.

A Fraud is a so called fighter who has ducked at least 4 worthy opponants. . . Winky, Margarito, SHane and now Cotto. A Fraud calls out a fighter (Winky). . . only to duck him. No one forced him to call Winky out, he opened his big mouth and didnt have the balls to even try to back it up - thats a ****in Fraud and a Coward.

Shane is NOT a fraud, even though he lost some he never ducked a good challenge. How many fighters ducked Winky before Shane faced him? Shane was the kinda p4p represenatative that boxing needs.
