What advantages did Casamayor have over Floyd ?? Speed, power, skill, defense, age, chin ??

This is the kind of fighter I would have loved to seen Mayweather in against: a crafty, quick and hard-hitting southpaw who could move. I'm not saying Casamayor wins, but I think he gives him fits.

Casamayor is being INSANELY overrated in this thread. He had NO advantages over Floyd at 130. Not a SINGLE one. Power, speed, height, reach, size, skills, defense, IQ, stamina, toughness, talent, they ALLLLLL favor Floyd.

Floyd became very overrated late in his career. But make no mistake about it, Floyd was AWESOME at 130.

This fight isn't close at all. Casamayor would gotten badly outclassed.

We're talking about a guy who went life and death with Frietas for Christ sake.

Yet he gives Floyd fits? LMAO!

A much BETTER matchup would be Camacho vs Floyd at 130. Casamayor wasn't in the same league as either one.

Casamayor would have definitely troubled Floyd the best at 130. His southpaw stance, quickness in both hand and feet would have won him some early rounds, but after Floyd figured him out, he'd put on a masterclass and that would be all she wrote.

It would be a 9-3, 8-4 type fight in favor of Floyd.

Floyd stopped a lot of fighters in the lighter divisions too.

Tough fight for Floyd stylistically but he fights a way to win a close UD.
