Floyd by wide UD. Diaz isn't going to land consistently on Mayweather, and Floyd will throw the more precise and effective shots.

 

Floyd because he won't stand and trade like most of diaz's opponent would. It would be a lot like Winky vs Bhop.

 

Floyd would be stronger and faster, which equals to much for Diaz.

It would be more like Baldomir - Mayweather, with a little more pace.

 

Floyd by late TKO. Too fast, too skilled, too good of footwork and too good a defense for Juan.

Mayweather owns him in almost every category.
