the best defensive fighter of our era, fighting the best pressure fighter of the era before.....
great fight, but hard to call.
seriously though fellaz, floyd aint nothing like pea...pea dances around you and makes you miss, floyd stays in the pocket and against the ropes...both great at what they do, but totally different styles....

Roger, Jeff, or Mayweather sr aren't nearly the fighters that Floyd is...thats not a good comparison really!..

All loses with the exception of Taylor and even in that fight he was down on the cards until the ref stopped it with 5 seconds to go. The Pea fight was a robbery.

You got that right Castillo is a poor version of JCC i pick for a PRIME Chavez to stopped him or beat him to a UD bad style matchup for Mayweather

Why? PBF excels at come forward fighters who are slow with bad defense.

But JCC doesn't have bad defense. He delivers very effective pressure. If he got hit as much as your statement would suggest, he wouldn't have amounted to anything more than a journeyman.

Unfortunately for PBF Chavez had good defense, and fought extremely well in the pocket and pushed his fighters to the rope, was a master at cutting off the ring, and Chavez was not a slow fighter by any means. He was no speedy slickster, but he was fast enough to keep up with Camacho and Taylor type fighters.

Even Jesus Chavez had some relative success against Mayweather before the stoppage.

He has an excellent ATG chin that's what kept him from being KOed in his prime. His defense was average at best and that's being generous he was a puninshing body puncher, who could cut off the ring and a will to win. With said he had no plan B look at his fight with Pea or Taylor for reference.

PBF-Pea would have been one of the best exhibitions of the sweet science in boxing history. With that said I'd tip Pea to beat PBF by a close UD. With Pea's jab being the difference in the fight something like 7-5 Pea.

you see bro, that's why it's hard to respect a lot of **** you say....floyd himself has said chavez was one of his toughest fights, yet you can easily say floyd was toying with him.....come on bro, keep it real.

Pimp, when you're an aggressive fighter, you're going to get hit every once in a while.

Tyson got hit too, does that mean he has a bad defense?

If you're going to attack your opponent, they might try and hit you back.

JCC was not slow and had good defense himself he's just much better than Jose luis Castillo in every department Mayweather like his uncle Roger has the habbit of getting caught aganist the ropes by much smaller fighters with much lesser power(example: Jesus Chavez) he will kill him to the body and wear him down.
