Man, the haters are out in full force today. Chavez beating Mayweather, u got to be me kidding me?:verysad
Another idiot who refuses to address the rematch only the first in which PBF was injured and still won BTW.atsch
EXACTLY...a healthy floyd did a 7-5 number on castillo....please tell me how he can do any better against chavez....:huh
It has everything to do with it. The foot adjustment with a Southpaw is extremely important. Mayweather himself is not great at fighting left handers and his delusional fans seem to think he is the most adaptable fighter of all time, but even he does not look to hot against left handers, difference is he had never met no Pernell Whitaker in the ring. Whitaker >Mayweather so......mute point.
Come on man that fight wasn't the close and you know it the scoring of the first fight and the second fight should be reversed.
nah man, i had the first fight 8-4 for castillo and the 2nd 7-5 for floyd, but he didnt dominate castillo, ever.... chavez was cut from a special cloth bro..not saying he would whoop floyd either, but i just dont see how floyd will beat him over 12 punishing rounds....
pimp c...you say floyd toyed around with chavez...yet floyd says that was one of his toughest fights ever....
Yes but that was when he got tired. Chavez forced Mayweather to fight at long range because he could not handle Chavez on the inside. Mayweather was in two minds what to do early on in that fight, Chavez definitely unsettled him. Anyhow Jesus Chavez & JCC = big difference.
Sharamba Mitchell, Demarcus Corley, Zab Judah, 3 notable southpaws floyd has fought, and I think he lost 3 rounds combined against these guys. With Mitchell being stopped, Corley being dropped like 3 times and Judah resorting to low blows before being stopped. If thats not "great fighting left handers" I wanna know what you consider to be sufficient?
No I've seen the fight actually it's one of my favorite PBF fights. He could land and turn it up at will on Chavez when he wanted to.
:rofl Post your scorecard. I REALLY wanna see how you gave Castillo 8 rounds. Which would basically mean he swept the last 8 rounds since Floyd won the first 4.
