Didn't compare him to Corrales size :nut I said the fight would look like it, as far as Floyd not giving Corrales a chance to use his power

Floy Mayweather Jr by UD, unless Pavlik improves his jab & throws it frequent. We all saw how Mayweather's only time he really looked vulnerable against De la Hoya was when he De La Hoya would throw the jab out there while Floyd was moving back...it was connecting. & with Pavlik having such a reach advantage, jabbing him out would be the way to go and would setup other punches.

I use this fight as an example of Mayweather's game plan. Stick and move buddy. No way was I comparing size or even power. So calm down folx

Pavlik is slow as **** for a middleweight Floyd would not be touched and can avoid anything he throws completely all night. Pavlik has power and reach but is slow. Do you forget how ****ing fast floyd is. No way would floyd get hammered into the corner by slow power shots. In a 9 ft ring yeah pavlik takes his head off. But pavlik would have to literally hall off and run after to floyd to catch him like an actual chase.

Pavlik destroys Mayweather. It wouldn't be a fair fight.

Floyd is a boxer...he is a defensive mover..A slow ass pavlik would not land anything...anything...any****ing thing...it would be a comedy to look at though...floyd would back str8 back with his chin in the air like taylor with his guard down low and get hit flush..with pavliks bombs..right..floyd could get out of the way of that **** without even thinking.

Dude, Carlos Baldomir is as slow as molasses in the wintertime and even he was able to pin Floyd on the ropes at times and wail away. And at what weight do you think this fight would happen? 160? Well have you ever seen Floyd fight carrying 160 or close to that? What type of speed will he show at that weight? And if you say "Well, Floyd would come in at 150"...Yeah and he'd get demolished by a guy coming in at close to 170 pounds with pure dynamite in his fists.

    Floyd gets blown away.

We're not saying Floyd Mayweather would K.O Pavlik, but that he would be simply to slick to get KO'd since he is much faster than Pavlik and very good defensively. Roy Jones Jr started as Jr. Middleweight and went up to fight at heavyweight and won the championship...its not out of the question. We're talking about elite level guys with both talent & athleticsm.

Everybody is looking at size. U all act like a smaller fighter never beat a bigger fighter before. Corey Spinks wasn't suppose to beat the russian dude either because he was too small and didn't have power, and coming up in weight. What's that man name?

Floyd would probally do fairly well in the beginning, Pavlik is kinda slow and Floyd would use his footwork, intelligence, and handspeed to frustrate Pavlik, but Kellys reach, power, and pressure would eventually get to the smaller Mayweather and stop him. I would say round 5-8.
