Manny's best chance to beat Floyd was 3 years ago when he was still prime. Back then, I doubt he could have beaten Floyd, but he could have given him a tough fight.

Now that Manny has slowed down, Floyd would beat his ass in a one sided fight.

Floyd would have be 75 years old to lose to that fraud Kell Brook.

Lara would put Brook in a coffin.

I agree. Lara looks very strong mentally and physically. He like to fight at a slow pace just like Floyd. It'd be a great battle of straight right hand vs straight left hand, they both great at setting up their most effective punch.

Floyd is a master of distancing and moves way out to his right when the left isn't open, out of distance of the left hand. He is very good at adustng to his opponent and will keep his right hand in front to block the left while using the jab.

However, he's on the wrong side of 30 and youth is almost always key.

Lara has a tendency to fade down the stretch though. He did just get a new strength and conditioning coach though right before the Williams fight, so maybe that won't be an issue anymore

Judah gave Floyd problems with the straight left, and speed from the southpaw stance back when Floyd was still in his physical prime.

So anybody thinking a past primmed Floyd would have an easy night with Lara is off their rocker.

this would be a fight where Floyd really has to pull out his bag of tricks. might be the toughest he would ever face. that tricky cuban style is something serious.

    Alvarez is pretty ****in limited.

It all depends on Brook's chin though. Canelo if nothing else has pop.

If Brook could take his shots, he'd win.

Not that Brook is Ray Leonard or Donald Curry, but he's more talented than Cinnamon.

I'm not sure about that. Lara is a very crafty technical boxer himself, he's also a good counter-puncher[which means he knows which type of punches that his opponents are most vulnerable to and seems to be very consistent at exploiting them]. It would be a chess match, and Lara is a very witty boxer.

Canelo is the most talented Mexican fighter in terms of skin and hair color. That talent is worth trillions of pesos.

It didn't take tonight for me to say Lara would trouble Floyd.

Lara would TROUBLE Floyd. I'm 120% certain of it. He has the style, and the talent to give Floyd alot of probelms. Not to mention he's the bigger man, and in his prime. And Floyd is no longer in his.

Does he BEAT Floyd? Not 100% sure of that. But he's definitely not gonna be an easy win for Floyd.

    Lara aint Ortiz.

Void does not believe he can beat Pac, that's why he refuses to fight him. Void loves to beat up woman instead. Lara would probably beat Void also..........................
