I love how Floyd is accused of cherrypicking.......what the **** did team Pacquiao do by fighting Hatton,Cotto,Clottey,Margarito,Mosley and ****ing Marquez!
Its obvious Manny is being carefully matched up.At the lower weights Manny was very exciting,but not so much these days.

But Pac possesses an unconventional boxing style based on blinding speed, volume, accuracy, stamina to keep the same frantic pace for 12 rounds and more, great footwork, and now a newly discovered granite chin. These are all traits of a boxer that have historically given big problems to boxers possessing Floyd's style and set of skills. It's no wonder the fight not been made. Anyway, agree with much of your post. But, it's not only Floyd's hesitancy that's prevented this fight from being made. The people around Manny and Manny himself, it seems, understand this is not an opponent Manny is going to maul and walk through. He will have to step up his game a level or so.

Oh I agree. I would say Floyd is the better all round fighter but Pac has the angles and speed to upset the apple cart.
