Oscar De La Hoya @ 147 = Mayweather by TKO or WIDE UD (if your talking the version that faced Pac)

Ricky Hatton @ 140 (post FMJ) = Mayweather by KO

Joshua Clottey = Mayweather by UD

Miguel Cotto @ 143 (post margarito) Mayweather by UD

Antonio Margarito @ 154 (post mosley) Mayweather by UD

Lets be honest, Mayweather is a solid favourite over all of those guys.

Cotto and margarito would give floyd hell especially the margarito that fought pac. Floyd would break his hand 1st before bruising tony's face.

Tony would walk thru anything floyd throws and hit him everywhere.

Easy work for every fight. De La Hoya at 147 would be drained. Clottey vs Mayweather would be the most boring fight on earth. Mayweather out boxes Clottey to a UD. He would KO hatton at any weight. He would box Cotto's ears off. If Cotto tried to establish his jab he would get countered every time. Plus he is to slow. Mayweather vs Marg . Bald vs Mayweather all over again.

You really think Margo would KO Floyd? All dislike for Mayweather aside, do you really think that? I would be interested to know how/why? :think

dislike for lil floyd has nothing to do with it, if i was being biased i wouldve said he loses all of them, which i didn't......i c lil floyd winning 7-8 rounds in a row, but tony's pressure just gets too much for him and his bombs start landing and lil floyd cant hold onto him like mosely did and don't think he'd really go toe to toe like manny did when he was gettin hit, is it likely, maybe not, but thread starter is asking, so just put in what i thought

IV Oscar would have been a UD I think. Don't think Mayweather would press the attack enough for a corner stoppage like Manny.

Hatton after getting turnbuckled would get KTFO again if they went down to 140... Think his punch resistance went down after that.

Clottey would be a wide UD. He'd throw more than against Manny because Mayweather throws less but would get worked 8-4 at the least IMO.

Cotto may give him a few problems early on but would get outboxed in the long run. UD.

Margo IMO would get the Baldomir treatment and lose damn near every round if he even gets one.

Mayweather would clearly be a way bigger betting favorite against each of these opponents at those respective times... And rightly so.

So you think Manny did a better job of avoiding Margo's "bombs" than Floyd would?
