    Why did we not see this fight sooner I think floyd would have won

    but it would have been a 7-5 type fight a very good fight

    I read were mayweathers team said cotto never wanted the fight period

    top rank and team cotto knew what would happen to miguel

    Floyd said they tried to throw Henry Bruseles at him to see how it would look vs cotto

    Floyd said once he dominated Henry it was out of the picture they wanted no parts of the fight

    do you believe this?

    I don't think that the fight would have been much diffrence. Cotto wasn't far from his prime in the Floyd fight. He looked sharp against the best fighter in the world.

    If they fought at 2005 Floyd would have won even wider since he was an absolute beast back then, he was kicking ass and taking names!

    cotto was a beast and a technician. floyd feared the body shots and the way cotto broke down a fighter

    PBF beats that version of Cotto even easier. First the fight would have been at 140 or 147 and not 154 and two Cotto wasn't with Diaz who actually had a better gameplan and is a much better trainer than Cotto's uncle. The Cotto back then would have been destroyed by PBF.

    the answer is simple....you didnt see it because bob didnt want cotto ruined by floyd...the same reason you havent seen pac against floyd(although by now its deeper than just pac losing to floyd).....bob didnt want that fight....dont think cotto even wanted it....they even said they werent ready....i think cotto **** rice ringside watching floyd whoop gatti....

    Really thinking about it around 2006 to 2007 at 140 to 147

    Floyd would have a great chance of stopping him

    floyd had just split with toprank so floyd/cotto wasn't a real possibility.

    for the record...i scored floyd/cotto 7-5 for floyd. it think cotto back then would have put up a better fight.

    Cotto is better than Castillo and Castillo beat Floyd in their first fight. Cotto can win this fight.
