    Guerrero is a ****ing tune-up.

He'd school Canelo, but he's got the size adv and power to -possibly- make it interesting. I'd like to see that one if only for the spectacle of it. It's a potentially monstrous fight by fall next year if Canelo beats somebody semi-legitimate beforehand.

He's in a no win situation, the fact of the matter is when you go to an actual gym everyone who fights respects him even if they don't like him personally.

On the internet you get extremes - i.e people acting and saying things they wouldn't in real life.....so to fit their agenda they discredit EVERY damn thing Floyd does.

The fact is he has constantly fought very good opponents all throughout his career, his resume is extremely solid. However people were saying his was ducking from before Gatti ; apparently he ducked Kosta Tzsyu then when he fought Oscar he was ducking Margarito, When he fought Hatton he was ducking Cotto.

These people will say anything to discredit Floyd and they have been saying he has been a cherry picker basically all his career not just after the Oscar fight.

I mean most people on here were saying he was scared sh1tless of Mosely when he beat the breaks off him it turned into he had cherry picked an old man (even though Pacquiao then went on to fight him afterwards)

The thread is about Mayweather vs. guys who were top-10 P4P when he fought them, not just top-10 in their division, with all due respect for all the work you just put into that post haha

So Floyd should fight Alvarez/Trout - BIG 154 pounders, but they are far too big for Manny. Despite the fact that Floyd and Manny weighed in the exact same weight on their most recent fights.

Manny's last fight was against a smaller, 39 year old fighter and yet that's considered taking a challenge? Before that it was against a 140 pounder in Tim Bradley and another match with a 38 year old JMM. WOW. Manny's taking on STIFF COMPETITION.

Floyd will be fighting (most likely) Canelo or Ghost. Two fighters coming off dominant performances, at a ripe age in their career, eager to prove themselves.

You Pactrashes, so illogical and hypocritical.

Another interesting thing is how many guys he's fought that he's been previously accused of ducking. When he first said he wanted to fight Oscar (2002/3?) they said that's a pipe dream, Oscar's way too big, forget it. Larry Merchant alluded to that on the Mayweather-De la Hoya broadcast. Then after he fought and beat him, they said Oscar was too old, llike he was fukking 44 instead of 34. Oh, and nevermind that he probably outweighed Floyd by about 15 pounds in the ring.

Later, he was accused of ducking Hatton, Cotto, Mosley. And after he dominates them, it's all "he fought him at the wrong weight, he waited until the guy got old", etc., etc.

    Haters carry on.

People are frequently exposed when the old Floyd-Mosley threads are bumped. Why people feel they can resort to revisionist history when it's still that fresh in everybody's mind is amusing. Nobody was complaining about that fight.

Firstly, I didnt say anything about Pacquiao. Try to think about something else for a minute youre obsessed
Secondly, size isnt just measured in weight *****, you also take into account things like arm length and height, and Floyd is taller than Pac and has considerably longer arms.
Thirdly, how the **** you can mention the work hypocrite while accepting the fact that Fraud is about to cherry pick a fighter we all know he would beat who JUST LAST YEAR WAS FIGHTING AT LIGHTWEIGHT. And its cool for him to fight the ghost, Marquez and Hatton, all fighters smaller than him, but you ***gots ***** that someone like Alverez or Trout are too big. "Health comes first"

And you *****s are really running this "post a pic of manny laid out regardless of what youre actually debating about" meme to the ground, stop dickriding everyone elses ****

I'm not being critical of Floyd, and certainly not in favour of Manny. Read the thread and my other posts before taking stuff out of it's context. And how is this thread about Manny Pacquiao anyway?

Cotto- I hate when people say Floyd ducked Cotto, but don't bring up the fact that Cotto was a prime 140 lber sitting ringside when Floyd when to town on Gatti. When Floyd wanted Cotto Arum wanted to protect his asset.

Mosley - Same people say that Floyd din't want to fight Mosley. Floyd chased Mosley up through the ranks, but Mosley jumped at the ODLH chance (who wouldn't) or later on a "toothache" got in the way. When Mosley lost 4 fights he suddenly wanted to jump back to Mayweather becuse thats where the money was at. Mosley was almost even money coming off the Margarito win at the time they fought.

Margarito - And this fight benefits Floyd in what way? Fight Margarito for no titles at the same price you fight Baldomir who held the Ring 147 title. Rest my case.

Williams - He would have game Floyd the most trouble in 2008-2009, but he had no name. And Floyd was fighting Hatton who was undefeated and brought the most bank to table.

You don't pass up 20+ million pay days against Oscar and Hatton. This is a business.

It's this simple. Manny fights people when they appear very fragile: coming off battering losses or very poor performances (usually more than one). Floyd fights people coming off what many consider to be career victories. Floyd also doesn't use catch-weights. Floyd doesn't fight tomato cans (Clottey) - only ranked opponents.

Morales was coming off a war of a loss to MAB for their first fight. He won first fight. Then he lost again before fighting Manny twice more. He was definitely P4P for their first two fights. Probably and possibly at the tail-end of P4P list for their third.

I honestly don't know about MAB
