Floyd Mayweather vs. Paulie Malignaggi at 140.

Mayweather would probably just edge most rounds. Paulie would throw more volume so he might take some rounds. Don't think Mayweather is legit stopping Malignaggi if Cotto couldn't. Ref might jump in but Mayweather would have to go for it for that to happen.
I don't think Paulie is some easy opponent since he was very fast and had good skills and smarts. Mayweather mostly dominates people who are slow or lack skills. It's more the case Paulie would struggle to get the edge in the fight.

 

Power is irrelevant in a fight between Paulie and Floyd. How would Floyd's very slight advantage in power contribute to the outcome?
