Whitaker was not just a master boxer, he was a physical freak.

The only chance I see Floyd having is at 154 if he carries enough weight to walk Pea down.

Although prime for prime I have to take Pea by decision, not particularly easy because I don't think anyone in history has an easy night with Floyd. But he should beat Floyd to the punchanged enough times and mount up a healthy lead meaning Floyd comes out of his comfort zone and tries throwing more shots than usual leaving more openings for the quicker pea to take advantage of.

Floyd makes everyone fight his fight but against a man who can claim to be superior in speed and reflexes I don't see that happening.

Im not sure who I would favour in this match up, but Im certain of one thing: Pea is not superior in speed and reflexes.

Mayweather UD. He was a little taller ( 2" ) and longer ( 3" in reach ), hit a little a harder, and I think had greater punching accuracy.

While both had amazing defense, I think Maywather's countering ability added more to his.

I can envisage this one being a Hagler-Hearns type war.
Whitaker, badly cut and staggered early, coming on like a bezerker to blast Mayweather out in the third round, eight minutes of back-and-forth mayhem.

Either that, or something more prolonged and tragic, like Benn-McClellan.

If we are disagreeing on this premise I don't see a way forward in debate.
