Not that it has got anything to do with a nosey lump of **** like you, but I think you will find it was McFay who claimed Leonard beat both Benitez, and Hearns " twice " in said 11 year unbeaten run. Something he has since acknowledged as a mistake. So be a good dog, and only react when you are spoken to.:roll:
I am sorry but the above is just pure, unadulterated wishful thinking. Revisionism taken to a new level. The ONLY time Leonard EVEN fought for 3 minutes of every round ( never mind applied pressure ) was Duran 1, and that was because Roberto FORCED him to.
anyone here other than the mods who think they the ability to block another user should be placed in a cell of their own and stay off the forums Hey look at me everyone I've been blocked!
I dont know how, but I missed that! He actually said that! The same guy that says he was a one eyed coke addict has now added another outlandish fabrication. These people have quite an imagination! Ray Leonard fighting 3 minutes of a round? Is that the fight where he outpunches Henry Armstrong for four straight rounds before finally ripping his head off in the fifth? :rofl
I know it just gets crazier doesn't it? The best part of this thread, is all those that are dismissing Mayweather out of hand, simply haven't got the guts to admit that they hate the guy because he is a flashy, big mouthed lowlife woman beating piece of ****, and therefore they would DESPERATELY " want " Leonard to beat him. You might have more respect for them if they did.
Its basically the same when he met up with Camacho. They were all hoping he'd humble loudmouth Hector and instead, loudmouth Hector shut up his fans Yesterday when I was waving the fact that Floyd was still unbeaten while Ray was well beaten at 34 and with far fewer fights, Ludens was telling me "well Floyd is a risk taker and well might suffer a defeat in the near future and may even fight into his forties" The thought of Floyd unbeaten at this late stage of his career really gnaws at them (I really love waving that in their face) so of course they're awaiting the day Floyd gets beat PS everybody: Leonard has suffered his worst defeats from smaller men
You mispellled Three,Lightweight Because, Beat , One .And left the capital off of It's Not that I care, it was you pulling him up.
There's no evidence to suggest that Floyd is better and tougher, and how the hell as he achieved as much? You're obviously trolling for a laugh. Ray beat Benitez, Hearns, Duran and Hagler. Floyd hasn't got ANY win that matches those. Those four victories of Ray's, eclipse anything Floyd has ever done.
Unlike you, I don't have the time to stay in my parents basement, read childrens magazines and prowl forums every single day, I'm afraid, Elton. But I have responded to everyone of your posts, and yet you're still attempting to duck my earlier response. Like I said before, you're the Marvin Hagler to my Michael Spinks. :-( Then why were you responding to me, you limp-wristed, crusty old ******? I never made the arguing point, you absolute melt. And do you have alzheimer's? I am responding to you. atsch
The only person who needs to think, is you. Using Roy was one example of many. Terry's win doesn't count big, and if you'd watched Ray, you could see he'd slowed down before he fought him. How do you prove a slow down? By carefully analysing a fighter, that's how. It's really not that difficult. How many examples do you want? Fighters getting hit more, because their reflexes aren't as sharp, not committing to the same punches as they used to, less variation, fewer stoppages, fewer combinations etc. Then there's little subtle differences that you'd notice, if you were a huge fan of someone.
1. Once again, everyone has different circumstances. Ray didn't have the same opportunity to have fought in the same divisions as Floyd. Because he was bigger and fought in a different era. 2. Floyd hasn't fought the best in all of the divisions he's fought in. 3. Once again, any knowledgeable fan knows that Floyd hasn't topped what Ray did. It can't even be argued. Just compare Ray's best wins with Floyd's. It's not even close.
