Robinson was the kind of boxer who would beat Mayweather. He had skill, speed, power, chin and tremendous stamina. He was everything Mayweather's resume lacks.

Did you even read what subect with which I was agreeing with them? Never once did I mention anything about SRR. Scoring for the DLH/Mayweather fight came up and I agreed with their scoring assesment. Why you're bringing SRR into this is beyond me.

I acutally saw that. But this is a SRL vs. Floyd thread...where the heck do you think I got that from.

So you too think think Floyd won 10 or 11 rounds like CH Joe said? Either way, both guys are clowns on this site, whom no one takes very serious, and you chose to kiss up to them. It's your life, you can kiss whoever's butt you like.

If you actually read what I wrote you would see that I scored it 9-3 Mayweather. I couldn't care less if you think they're a clown or a joke. You don't even know what you're talking about in this situation. All you saw was that I agreed with two posters that you don't like, and proceeded to make ignorant comments about me. Simply agreeing with someone who has a common opinion is not kissing up. Why the hell wouldn't I agree with someone if we share the same opinion? I have no reason to kiss anyone's ass on this forum. I'm sorry I'm sorry I don't feel the need discredit people based soley on how people view them as a poster.

So stamina doesn't matter, but you brought it up anyway, this is what you're admitting to?

I would take him by unanimous decision. 8 rounds to 4

I haven't read all the posts, but in regards to PBF vs. Robinson, of course it would be a contest. I'd pick Ray of course, but he had plenty of competitive fights against welterweights of his day who were no better than Mayweather. Mayweather would have been a tough fight for ANY welterweight, in ANY era.

He lost to Esteban DeJesus in his "hayday". He was great, but not unstoppable. Mayweather is every bit as good as DeJesus, probably better. Would be a close, tough fight IMO.

Thank you for pointing that out. I bet he has never even watched Hagler fight. Wait nevermind, he probably watched the Hearns fight and based Haglers entire career off that

no way pbf wins this fight srr is the greatest of all time pbf is good there is doubt but the best of all time get a life.Pbf just does not have the heart to win a fight with srr. 15 round fight srr at some point is catching up with mayweather and when he did it would only end one way srr knock out mid to late rounds

    floyd vs. sugar???

    comical.. but naa, seriously....

i dont think floyd in his prime wuld be considered the greatest welterweight of all time... i can name about 5 welterweights off da top of my head dat culd take out floyd.... roberto duran, sugar ray leonard, thomas hearns wuld give floyd a ringside funeral, pernell whitaker, and i'd even go as far to say as sugar shane mosley.. and some1 like a sam langford or a henry armstrong would mos def murder him at welterweight also

The illustration WAS, floyd hasnt done half of what a guy like SRR did:nono Those days were much tougher and pointing out the differences is very relevant.

Prime SRR takes floyd out in UNDER 10 at 147:yep

Armstrong would have murdered him at 130 as well. Many Floyd fanboys claim that was his "best' weight.

Yes, a younger SSM at 135 or 147 whips floydie as well:good
