So he was more powerful that he first thought.

He said that it was pretty good in the fight.

He said that he felt it.

So what??

He just acknowledged that it was a surprise to him, not that he was deterred by it.


It was his speed and his precision what was far more concerning to him.


Saying that a fighter’s speed and reach isn’t a deterrent, is one of the dumbest things you’ve ever typed on here.


I wonder what some of the guys who fought Hearns thought?

I believe that Floyd Mayweather wins tis hypothetical fight over Ricardo Mayorga on points. Mayweather is much too crafty for the likes of an overly aggressive Mayorga, Floyd would just pick him apart with quick counters.

 

Gossiping about other posters ? i don't gossip about anyone, i've already told you the issue i have with you. I've had plenty of disagreements on debates with other posters here, and never had issues with either of them. The reason i have issue with you, is your very fickle when your discussing something. You can't just agree to disagree and move on, you have to keep going over and over the samething, just to keep the discussion going for no reason. It's frustrating because neither party gets anywhere in the discussion, and it's a big waste of time.

Like for example i said earlier in this thread we agree on the outcome of the fight, lets just agree to disagree and move on. But again you want to keep this pointless discussion going. Over a fickle matter on Mayweather's prime, everyone on the thread agrees that Mayweather wins the fight, so why do we have to keep going over something so trivial ?

If i kept replying to every post you made in this thread, it would go on forever. Normally when i debate with people here whether i agree with them or not, after a decent amount of replies. If there's no middle ground i tend to just say lets agree to disagree and move on.

Me and @Loudon had a disagreement in SRL/Pacquiao thread yesterday, we made a few points agreed to disagree and moved on. I recently had a little back and forth with @JohnThomas1 over Joe Louis vs Larry Holmes, we went back and forth for a page or so, made some good points agreed to disagree and moved on.

What i'm saying is when debating, try to see the other persons point of view aswell. And not just yours whether you agree or not. Have a bit more of a middle ground and agree to disagree, if the other person is making a good point. I mean i don't think any of my points i've made in this thread are outlandish, and certainly not "Simple Simon logic" as you stated.

Have nothing against you as a person why would i, i don't know you and you don't know me. Were two virtual guys on a boxing forum, my issue is your debating style can be frustrating which is why i tend to not engage with you much, that's my only real issue with you nothing else.
