Round 1?!?! :? PBF clearly won that round and Hatton barely hit him..

How could you give him THAT round and not round 5?

The people that scored the first round for Hatton, may I ask... what did you think he did to win the round?

He was aggressive sure, but he wasn't able to push Floyd around like he thought he could. Floyd landed several clean shots on Hatton that round, Hatton didn't.

The only thing I could possibly imagine Hatton having going for him in round one, was that slip. And maybe I'm wrong, but to me it looked like both fighters were out of position due to Hattons lunging jab, and Floyd tripped over Hatton's foot. Not a knockdown, not even a clean punch, so no reason to give Hatton any credit for it!

What do you mean by the only 'clear rounds'?

Not every round was a beatdown like round 8, but Mayweather was out landing Hatton easily, and was actually landing clean shots.

I dont see how people are saying this fight was close until 7/8.

Watch the fight again, on a big TV preferably.

Hatton's best shots in the entire fight are something like TWO good jabs, and a few rights to the BACK of Floyd's head (not complaining, just saying). Even in the early rounds, Floyd was landing great straight right hands, left hooks as Hatton was coming in, and even a couple of really quick jabs (have to watch the tape a few times to see them though!)

2nd and 5th for Hatton, Maybe the first for making Floyd stumble if you really wanted a stretch - But 2 rounds at best.

A rematch is thoroughly unattractive to me.

I wonder if Witter and Malignant-ani are practicing their check hooks?
