If Mayweather gave a damn about his legacy, he would fight Pac and then Martinez...I think Martinez beats him, but if Floyd could take and win those fights, he'd be looked on a lot more favorably then he is now.

Sometimes the best prophet for the future is the past. If he did not fight Cotto and Margarito why would he face 2 tougher test at an older age ? hear ya though he would be looked at much differently.

    If it's gonna happen . . . it's at 154 . . . Floyd would never fight at 160.

I think Martinez could definitely knock him out, or at least knock him down. My only concern would be the judges giving Mayweather a gift. I think it'd actually be a close fight, and would probably go to decision (I don't think there's any chance Mayweather knocks out Martinez), and I just don't know how the judges would score.
In one way Mayweather is the cash cow, and I could him getting a gift. On the other hand Mayweather never fights, Martinez is currently like P4P #3, and would have the potential to fight pac himself at 154. So, maybe they wouldn't rip him off.

Wouldn't it be so crazy to see Martinez beat Floyd, and take his undefeated streak, and then he goes and beats Pac??? Talk about a guy hitting the lottery! This dude would go down as top 20 of all time, and he actually only needed 2 wins in his career!
