If that version of Winky was fighting Floyd on May 1 and you guys had to bet your net worth on one fighter, you all would put it down on Floyd.

Corely and Judah aren't on Winky's level, the basic argument is that Floyd has shown some issues with southpaws, moreso than with orthodox fighters, and therefore would be troubled. That said, if you're picking Winky you don't do it because of Judah and Corley, you do it because Winky is a good big man.

Probably cuz they did. Judah did quite well, and if he had some heart, and stamina then he could have won.

WInky is straight up to big with great defense. I'm a Pac fan, and even I'd say Winky is MUCH to big for pac! I could see Floyd, or Pac perhaps going 12 rounds with him, but the Prime Winky was a bad Mofo! If Winky were the same size as these 2...They'd both beat him, but there not...Not even close.

Big man Floyd was thrown around the ring by a shot Hoya @54 !!! , Winky @54 was the among the best boxers of his generation the man was a monster , practically unbeatable at that time , no one is hatin on ya boy its plain and simple Floyd loses this fight , infact id fancy Winky to actually KO Floyd in this fight !!!!

Dont be fooled by todays Winky go and re educate yourself on Ronald " Winky " Wright the Jr MW in the middle 2000's and then come back !!!!! :deal

Mayweather loses every fantasy matchup on ESB until the fight is signed and then he becomes the heavy favorite.

He would never fight Shane, he is scared, if they were to ever fight, Floyd would get killed, etc etc.

Judah would have beaten Mayweather if he had stamina. Oscar would have beaten Floyd if he would have kept the jab going.

    Anything else?

LOL funny stuff bro. I'm not hating on Winky and don't need to be re-educated as I am quite familiar with him.

The guy who lost to a green Vargas and barely got by Candelo and Hernandez is suddenly able to beat Floyd.

    Agree to disagree I guess.

Just like the man who lost to Castillo , we are talking about a fighter at the absolute top of his game in Winky back then , the man was boxing royalty at that time and @54 he eats little Floyd for beakfast , its not even close ...................

I done a poll not so long ago on here Pacquiao 2010 vs Winky 04 @154 who wins !!!!

I think i remember Winky finished up with 70+ to Manny's 3 !!!! thats how good Winky was then .......... :good

Most of you don't know **** about boxing. The height want matter. Remember Diego Corrales was about 6'1 and he got his ass tagged all night. You can take a jab away from a fighter. Its about the sweet science people.

Floyd loses. No doubt. For how great Floyd is, he is too small and does not have enough of a work rate to beat Winky. Remember Fernando Vargas throwing 70 punches a round trying to keep winky honest. Floyd simply doesn't throw enough. He doesn't not have the power to keep Winky off of him and Winky presses the issue with his jab and moves Floyd all over the ring. 116-112 for Winky.

You are actually comparing Corrales to Winky Wright. You are a fool. Watch that fight again. It was just like Mosley-Margarito. One guy was following the the other guy was boxing, countering and dominating. Just because a guy is tall doesn't mean he is a good boxer.

Barely got by Candelo and Hernandez. What?? It was like 9 rounds to 3 for Candelo and 10 or 11 rounds that he won against Hernandez. Winky walks downs Floyd anyday of the week and twice on Sundays. Winky is not vunerable to small fighters. He moves them around the ring. He gives away a few rounds here and there, but his agressive style would push Floyd around. Floyd is a fantastic fighter, but he isn't unbeatable. And while he may beat Mosley, he gets dominated by a prime Winky Wright at 154.

@ 154, IDK Winky would have a huge size advantage and reach advantage.
