Floyd Mayweather vs Zab Judah, was it a knockdown?

Was it a knockdown or was it a slip as Richard Steele the referee had ruled it as? I see it as FMJ's first knockdown of his career, Zab's punch put Floyd off balance and made his right glove touch the canvas. Vid of it below.

If the official rules are used then yes, of course it was a KD.

Hell yeah it was, the fall was clearly due to Zab Judah's punch.

It came off a punch, he wasn't hurt but he touched down with his glove.

    Technically a knockdown.

Floyd wasn't hurt, just off balance. Still a knockdown, though.

It was a clear irrefutable slip.

ok so it was a knockdown? he was off balance and got hit? who cares? nobody....it was years ago..he won...hes still unbeaten and he easily defeated everyones hero manny pacquiao.....nobody cares about this in 2015.....so what if some floyd fans defend it and claim it wasnt a knockdown? mannys fans claim alot of things that arent true too.....nobody gives a damn and at the end of the day floyd is still better than any other fighter of his generation

Yeah, I'd call it a flash KD. Since the Famaso KD didn't come as the result of a punch, I'd actually say it's the one true KD of Mayweather's pro career.

I scored it as a knock out. Floyd was clearly not ready to continue.
