He got that because Arum offered him 8 mill before and Goosen had to save Floyd's face. You think Goosen would pay that much for someone who wasn't a big draw or never did big #'s before?

And his fight vs. DLH hardly did anything to help. The only thing that made his fight w/ Hatton have anything resembling fireworks was the late KO. Floyd's style isn't fan friendly. Part of the reason he acts a fool to 'sell' a PPV.

 

Not if he's willing to eat a financial loss this time to make up for it later.
