correct...he gambles a lot and plenty...enough to make one wonder if he's got a little addiction to it.
no matter how much money you have it can be lost.

you can, but it's not happening. look at muhammad ali, he's not gone broke, his networth is well over $50 million.

but yeah, alot of mayweather level fighters like marquez, pacquiao, these guys aren't losing their money.

tyson, evander, you see these fighters go broke. though exceptions like lenox lewis haven't, the fighters of today, eg: mayweather are far more conscious of their money.

money-wise, mayweather is one of the smartest, he may gamble, but look how much he made from that one canelo fight. ridiculous.

He's still making huge paydays and can afford his lifestyle right now. After boxing, though, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he went broke. He'll never be as broke as the average person, but I can't see him being able to maintain this lifestyle for long after the money stops rolling in.

He won't need to maintain his lifestyle after he is fighting.
His lifestyle is just for promotional purposes, it's convenient for Floyd whilst he is still fighting - to remain in the spot light as much as possible, he has made a career out of it.

His flashy lifestyle appears to be more entertaining for much of his fans - than his boxing style, which only the purists appreciate.

Yeah, I'm sure he doesn't enjoy driving around in like 20 different cars, having like 100 clingers on with him at all times, flying around in private jets, etc... He only does any of that stuff because he needs to in order to promote himself and will cease to live that way as soon as he no longer "needs to". :nut

Doubt he will go broke but his spending is pretty sick. Watching 24/7 or all-access it looks like he is spending at lease $100.000 a day on all the leeches hanging around him. Doubt any of them are pulling a dime out of their own pockets. But god bless him for making the money that he does, the dude has marketed himself like a genius. Arum must be kicking himself looking at all the money Floyd is making. Great to see the fighter making the money instead of thieves like Arum or King.

!0 years after his forced retirement Floyd will be on skid row Mark my words Remember you saw it here. Mike Tyson summed it up exactly Some wise guy asked him " You come youre filing bankruptsy Mike you eared $32 mil last year"? Mike grinned & said "easy I spent $35 mil" Guy never said another word

Sounds more like something you wish to happen but whatever. Floyd will retire on his own terms and he is miles apart from Mike Tyson in business savvy. I believe he will always be able to live any lifestyle he chooses.:bbb

He'll never be on skid row. He'll be better off financially than you for the rest of his life even if he spends every penny he's earned like Mike did. Nobody will ever pay you to make an appearance or for your autograph whereas he has tons of opportunities to make easy money ahead of him. He'll just have to adjust his lifestyle to be like 1,000x better than yours instead of 10,000x better.
