Floyd Mayweather's best performance at 140 or 147?

    I have been saying for years that Mayweather has been fighting out of his "Prime/most effective" weight for quite some time. At 140lbs and below he was not only much faster, but he was more offensive minded. Even a more willingness engage and when he had someone hurt...GOING FOR THE KILL. This Mayweather at 147-154lbs is a far more cautious, defensive minded fighter only looking to "out-point" his opponent.

    out-pointing is smart at the higher weights for Floyd - nothing wrong with that
    but the maidana fight raised other questions

    for me, it questions his desire to keep fighting. maybe others see it differently

    dont ever mention marquez with mayweather. floyd couldnt even make it at their agreed weight

    At 140 Floyd was damn near invincible, he had to move up cause no one could match him at that weight

    He had to move up because he couldn't make 140 anymore and still can't.
