    Which one?

Some say Hernandez, but he was dominated by De la Hoya years earlier.
Corrales - very good win, but Diego was never p4p top 10 level fighter/ Same with Castillo.

That leaves us JMM, Alvarez, Cotto and Oscar.

Alvarez is overrated IMO and Floyd showed it winning at least 11 rds.
Marquez is the best fighter (the most skilled Floyd opponent) but had to move up 2 weights to fight Floyd.

So it leaves Cotto and Oscar, tho multiple division champions. I'd go for Oscar here as both were past prime and I feel prime Oscar was too good for Cotto.

So my pick is De la Hoya.

    Anyway, your thoughts.

Strange pick for me. Not only Chavez was nowhere near to Cotto, Marquez and Oscar, but he won few rounds against Floyd.

Mayweather himself thinks it was bad performance and he admitted that he was far form his best at that time because he barely made weight. By Floyd's words, he didn't eat or drink for some long period before weigh-in.

some people actually voted for macne. must be hardcore *****s.

this is like pac asking rigo for a c/w at 135 and come in at 140. not quite the same but similar.

p4p only works to a point. if youre 2 weight classes below, even beating a bum would be difficult.

you will never see flopjr jump 2 weightclasses, even to challenge a bum. never.

only real atg's would do it and it might be only a handful in history did it successfully.

Chavez wa s relentless. Did you see the fight ? Watch it again. He kept coming forward working Floyd under neath punishing him miserably in the body. Were you watching? Tough night for PBF ! Tough night !

Not sure why that makes it his best win? if i remember he was down on 2 scorecards when Chavez mysteriously quit from 'exhaustion'. Was a **** performance from Mayweather against an obscure opponent.

Yes it was tough, tough fight. But it should've been easy for Floyd because Chavez is slow and predictable. Floyd should have dominated him as easily as he did vs Alvarez or Guerrero.

This isn't exactly SRL type of achievements where the picks are between Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Benitez.
