Nodou - The way Maywether stood in the pocket with Phillip, picked off his shots and came back with shots of his own to the body and head was uncanny! Lazer lead rights, powerful left hooks, and piercing left and right uppercuts........Woooo he's a bad man! All while blocking 90% of the incoming shots from a guy that was slightly bigger than him and a very powerful puncher.
Phillip N'dou was my favorite - Floyd was standing in the pocket and they were going back and forth throwing punches. Of course Mayweather was the one who was effective with his shots. Very exciting fight.
The Hatton fight was more or less a one sided affair which doesn't usually make for an entertaining fight. That said, for some reason Hatton seemed only a clean shot away from hurting Floyd. Obviously not as closely faught as Judah or some others but, for the entertainment factor, hype, etc, I would still prob watch the Hatton fight over any other based on the unpredictable nature of their style clash and the KO finale.
The only fights that were boring to watch for me have been Baldomir and De La Hoya. In every other fight, he's opened up and stayed in the pocket.
from the choices, i liked the n'dou performance the best. even though it was a onesided affair, i liked how floyd opened up on offense. beat him on the outside, traded inside the pocket and showed tight defence. on offense he showed everything that he has'nt been doing lately. great offensive display much like the corrales fight.
hugging fight?? like ****, imo what I saw was they had to break anytime Hatton got close which was perfect for Mayweather to pick him off with with those straight rights and dont think I'm more of a fan or hater of either they are both entertaining fighters, which i love to watch.
