I would sue and then beat him in the ring.

The suit is a smart move. At the least it's a bargaining chip. It also discourages Floyd et al to make further derogatory attacks against Manny, they have to pick their words carefully else it be used against them in court. It shut Floyd's mouth ain't it? His counsel knowing FLoyd cannot control himself advised him to lay low for a while.

The suit is a waste of time and money, because A) he's not going to win, which is going to make it worse because when he loses the suit what do you think the Mayweather's are going to say B) Not to mention he is wasting the time of the courts, wasting money, and taking the focus off the real issue which WHY THE **** WON'T YOU TAKE THE TESTS?

Why the **** SHOULD he take the tests ?

Haven't heard one reasonable argument so far as to why he should.

50mil and the chance to beat Mayweather and propel himself to astronomical proportions.

The blood test is a small price for what he could potentially gain.

Why did Mayweather agree to all of DLH demands, because he knew the reward was worth it.

That is FAAAAAAAAR from a good reason.

The exact same argument could be made as to why Floyd won't get in the Ring.

50 Mil and the chance to beat Pac and propel himself to astronomical proportions.

    Try again.

Because, he is, obviously, not getting this fight w/o doing so. If that is not the goal (to get this fight)...mission accomplished.

We all know there is one reason why a person won't take the test.

Negociations are always easier when one guy is recognized as the bigger star while the other one is the one hungry to prove himself. When you have 2 guys who believe they are the bigger star then you get situations like this.

That being said I don't think there are to many fighters out there in the world today that wouldn't have took the full test for a fight of this magnitude.

Manny would be the underdog in the fight, his star would shine brighter if he would be able to beat Mayweather. Mayweather has earned more money in his career then Manny. The 50mil doesn't mean *as much* to him other then bragging that he made the much in one fight.

    So what ?

    He doesn't need the fight.

He would LIKE the fight but he doesn't NEED the fight.

Presumably, Floyd doesn't need the fight either, or he'd have taken it.

It's less evident that he even WANTS the fight.

And if Floyd doesn't WANT the fight, he's accomplished HIS mission.

See, that kind argument works both ways.
