I believe that a better form of testing is needed across the board. The problem is the cost and if a universal commission can be formed. I think all fighters should be subject to a random test at any time of the year even if they are not fighting. I also don't see anything wrong with a fighter asking another fighter for additional testing when that fighter is doing the same test. If Floyd thinks Manny is cheating then he has a right to ask for it and Manny has the right to do the same.
