Very interesting gamesmanship or fear by camp Mayweather. It is their right to ask though I suppose. However, sanctioning organizations are responsible for testing and this would set a bad precedent, a fighter making demands greater than the organization standards. The sanctioning organization needs to step in and deny the testing request. If sanctioning bodies update their requirements for Olympic type testing, I'm fine with it, but not for one fight.

Roach stated: "Mayweather's side wanted it because the expert over there, Mayweather Sr., says Manny is on steroids to get bigger." Roach is certain that he and his fighter Pacquiao (who has already passed every drug test in his career so far) have nothing to hide. "I have no problem with the testing whatsoever," stated Roach.

Roach knows that his star pupil Pacquiao will pass the drug and blood tests with flying colors and feels that Mayweather's side is scared of Pacquiao and his power. "They can do whatever kind of drug testing they want," stated Roach to ESPN, adding: "They're scared of Manny and scared of his power. He'll pass any test in the world."

  5. Yeah. "Random testing" seems to have really eradicated doping from the other sports that they've initiated it in.

That is a bunch of bull****. Everybody already suspected Pacman using ped prior to. Having a short training camp for Cotto. Having a head twice as large as it was just 3 years ago. So on and so forth. The cloud of suspicion was there. And the only fighter to test positive for roids were James Toney, Fernando Vargas and Vitali Klitite in the Olympics. Everyone else never actually TESTED positive by boxing guidelines. Pac said yeah ok. With the biggest fight in ****ing history for the last 20-30 years on the horizon and living in the PED and Steroids generation where not only Americans test ****ing positive :rofl we just make the news... You want the fight to be fought on even terms. You think Floyd is scared of his power b/c of a steroid test? The fight is still on right? This **** has not one slight impact on it. Its like asking a ***** to take an AIDS test before you **** raw. You dont want to get burned.. ****ing tranny.

    [edit] 2008 Beijing
    Main article: 2008 Summer Olympics
"Zero Tolerance for Doping" was adopted as an official slogan for the Beijing Olympic Games.[16] A number of athletes were already eliminated by testing prior to coming to Beijing.[16]

Out of the 4,500 samples that were collected from participating athletes at the games, six athletes with positive specimens were ousted from the competition. It is possible that further positive tests may still be found as samples are sealed and frozen for eight years. It is unclear who remains in charge of these samples, the host or the IOC. The quality of testing was questioned when the BBC reported that samples positive for EPO were labeled as negative by Chinese laboratories in July.[17] The rate of positive findings is lower than at Athens four years ago, but it cannot be deduced that the prevalence of doping has decreased; possibly, doping technology has become more sophisticated and a number of drugs cannot be detected.[16][17][18]

There is a tranny in this thread that said only Americans get caught or have access to the most up to date banned substances. What I am pointing out quite frankly is that others get caught but only we get put on ESPN or CNN. As with Marion Jones. She lied, but if you look it up about 20 more people tested postitive and won gold medals but did not even meet the little screen at the bottom that just scrolls.
