    thing is.
    pac actually won that fight if looked at more closely and scored PROPERLY without being biased. any other judges in other places would favour pac, and wouldnt score a lot of fluids ineffective punches with no weight behind them.. and of course penalise him for execessive hugging, below the waistline ducking, and of course the arm pulling.

    so a shot effectively one armed pac denied painkiller outboxed a juiced to the gills xylocaine numbed fluid, who fought scared. pac won, fluid got gifted the decision, thats how history will see it in time.

    I guess it can be altered to suit with whoever you feel are the top wins to either.
    When Pacquiao fought Cotto, I believe it was at a catch weight (though I do rate it as an exceptional win) which is not the same as winning at the full weight.

    Both have excellent wins and resumes and I think arguements can be made for either having greater wins

    Then you need to remove Barrera from the list, because he was in slow but steady decline following the first Morales fight.
